Competition

1. The name of the game is Jeu concours de célébration du nouveau site web Vacances André Trigano.

2. The organizer of the game is Les Etapes André Trigano.

3. The game is open to all residents of France over the age of 18.

4. Employees of Les Etapes André Trigano as well as employees of any of its subsidiaries, including the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of any of these employees, nor any other company or person having professional ties with or directly involved in the administration of the contest may participate. 

5. To participate, an eligible entrant must submit an entry in accordance with these terms and conditions. Participation in the Game constitutes the Participant's full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer made in accordance therewith, which shall be final and binding.

6. There are 1 prize to be won throughout the registration period.

The price of this game is as follows:

1 week in a mobile home for 4 people at the campsite of your choice in France (excluding partner campsites), subject to availability and for any stay before July 4, 2025 or after August 30, 2025.

7. All prizes are non-transferable. A winner may not obtain cash or other substitutions in lieu of a prize.

8. It is strictly forbidden for the winner to sell the prize to a third party.

10. The organizer cannot be held responsible in any way whatsoever for any dispute that may arise in connection with the awarding of the prizes.

11. The competition will run from 9:30 a.m. on Thursday 10-10-2024 to 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday 10-16-2024 (this is the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

12. To submit a valid application, a participant must:

2. Like and share the contest post in story

3. Tag one or more loved ones of your choice with whom you would like to leave.
    

13. Once an entrant submits a valid entry, he or she is automatically entered into the contest.

14. One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all correct entries received by participants during the Entry Period. The winner will be announced on Thursday 17-10-2024.

15. Les Etapes André Trigano will inform the winner on the Vacances André Trigano Facebook page via a winner announcement message within five (5) days of the random selection under clause 14 (above).

16. Les Etapes André Trigano will contact the winner by private message from the channel in which he/she has registered: Facebook.

17. If:
(a) Les Etapes André Trigano is unable to notify a winner under clause 16 (above) for any reason;
(b) the winner does not respond to a notice under clause 16 (above) that they have won a prize within two (2) days of such notice;
c) if a winner does not comply with these terms and conditions,
the Prize will be forfeited and, at Les Etapes André Trigano's discretion, an alternative winner will be selected using the same random draw process.

18. All entries made through robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar agencies or methods will be void.

19. The information provided by the participant will only be used to contact the participant if he/she has won.

20. Les Etapes André Trigano accepts no responsibility for any network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind that may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of an entry.

21. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or incorrect will be rejected.

22. Participants agree that if they win a prize in this game, Les Etapes André Trigano shall have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use the participant's name, age, uploaded content, city of residence and likeness for the purpose of announcing the winner of this game and for related promotional purposes.

23. Les Etapes André Trigano reserves the right to cancel or postpone the game at any time.

24. Any dispute shall be submitted to the French courts in accordance with French law.

25. The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook. Entrants provide their information to Les Etapes André Trigano and not to Facebook. Entrants agree that Facebook is not responsible for this draw.

26. All game entries and any accompanying materials submitted to Les Etapes André Trigano will become the property of Les Etapes André Trigano upon receipt and will not be returned. By submitting an entry and any accompanying materials, the participant agrees to:
(a) assign to the organizer all of the participant's intellectual property rights with full warranty of ownership; and
(b) waive all moral rights, in and to their entry and otherwise arising from their entry to which they may now or at any time in the future be entitled under copyright.
