BARE PITCHES : Arrival days vary from campsite to campsite. In order to ensure that we have the right pitch for you, please let us know if you are coming by camper van, tent or caravan.

Your reservation is confirmed upon payment of the deposit, which includes :

- 25% of the rental amount

- Cancellation/Stay Interruption Insurance, optional but recommended. See general sales and insurance conditions. This can only be taken out at the time of booking.

You can set :

- By credit card (Visa or Mastercard), on the website at the time of booking, or by telephone to our reservation center on + 33 (0)5 61 69 05 07 (toll-free). You can choose to pay the balance up to 4 times without charge, depending on the start date of your stay, bearing in mind that the reservation must be paid in full 30 days before the start of your stay.

- By bank transfer: please contact us by telephone on 05 61 69 05 07 to obtain our bank details. In the case of a bank transfer of the balance of your stay, the RIB appears on the confirmation you received after payment of the deposit.

- By ANCV vacation vouchers, to the following address Centrale de Réservation Vacances André Trigano, BP 7, 09270 MAZERES. Send by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt (AR), Chronopost or Colissimo.

- By cheque to the following address Centrale de Réservation Vacances André Trigano, BP 7, ZI du Garautou, 09270 MAZERES.

All bookings made less than 30 days before the departure date must be paid in full at the time of booking by credit card.

Prices include :

The provision of rented accommodation, access to reception facilities, entertainment, access to sanitary facilities, and unless otherwise stated, water, gas and electricity.

At the customer's request, once on the campsite: €20

NB: these services are available subject to availability and do not apply to partner campsites.

If you wish to modify your booking, please contact our reservation center on + 33 (0)5 61 69 05 07 (toll-free), quoting the booking reference and specifying your wishes for modification (change of dates of stay, campsite, addition or deletion of participants to the stay, etc.). This must be confirmed by e-mail to reservation@vacances-andretrigano.com and any additional amount must be paid by credit card.

Any changes will be made according to availability.
Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered as a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption of stay conditions.
If you make more than 2 changes to your reservation, you will be charged an additional €25 booking fee.

Minors not accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian are not accepted on the campsite (Article 10 of our general terms and conditions of sale available on the vacances-andretrigano.com website).

A group is defined as 15 people or more.
The central reservation office only handles group requests for rental accommodation; group requests for bare pitches are handled directly by the campsites.

Minors not accompanied by their parents or not supervised by a legal entity are not accepted.

On our website, when you make your reservation, in the "Comments" section, you can indicate a specific pitch requirement, for example. You can also make your request by telephone to the reservation center. Choosing a preferential pitch Vacances Zen+until 30 days before departure is subject to a surcharge of €50, subject to confirmation by the campsite. 

The deposit must be paid in full within 5 days of the reservation option being taken.

The balance can be paid in several instalments, with the final payment due no later than 30 days before the start of your holiday. Our website vacances-andretrigano.com offers you a highly secure payment system enabling you to pay the deposit for your stay by CB Visa or Mastercard, and the balance up to 4 times free of charge.

For bookings made less than 30 days before departure: the full amount of the stay must be paid by credit card.
You can consult your booking file in your customer account on the vacances-andretrigano.com website. You cannot pay the balance of your booking there; this area is for consultation only.

All Vacances André Trigano campsites are not VACAF-approved.

A deposit per accommodation will be required on arrival at the campsite.

For accommodation not equipped with heating: €310 per property (€250 for the property + €60 for the cleaning charge).

For accommodation with heating: 330 € per property (250 € for the property + 80 € for the housekeeping fee).

The deposit is payable by cheque, credit card or, failing that, in cash.
The deposit will be returned to you on departure after an inventory has been carried out in the presence of the campsite representative, who will check that the accommodation has been cleaned properly and that there is no damage or deterioration.
In the event of departure outside the agreed times, the campsite staff will be the sole judge of the general state and cleanliness of the accommodation.
Additional deposits for equipment required for access to the campsite (e.g. magnetic cards for automatic gates) and/or use of campsite services may be required by the campsite.

Your booking is in "option" without payment: it will be cancelled after 5 days for lack of payment.

Your booking is "confirmed" by payment of at least the deposit: you must send a letter to the reservation center or an email to annulation@vacances-andretrigano.com explaining the reasons for your withdrawal and enclosing the corresponding supporting documents.

Depending on whether or not you have taken out cancellation insurance and whether your reason for cancellation and the sums already paid are admissible, you will be informed by the insurance company of any refund. We also invite you to consult our general terms and conditions of sale, available on our website vacances-andretrigano.com.

If you have booked and confirmed your reservation by paying the deposit, you will receive an email confirmation with a description of the campsite and accommodation reserved. A link will allow you to create your customer account and consult the details of your booking, as well as its status (optional, confirmed, cancelled).
When paying in instalments, a confirmation of payment will be sent to you by email at each instalment debited.
The exchange voucher will be sent to you by email when the stay has been paid for.

If you have made a reservation via our website or our reservation center and have not received confirmation by email, please contact us on 05 61 69 05 07 (toll-free).

Exchange voucher: sent to you by email or post when you pay the balance of your stay. You must present it to the campsite on arrival (you can present it on your smartphone).

On the vacances-andretrigano.com website, on the relevant campsite page, you'll find all the information you need to plan your vacation:
Photos of the campsite, map of the campsite, geolocation and contact details, services, facilities, practical information, tourist attractions in the surrounding area, descriptions and photos of the accommodation, as well as inventories.

Blankets or comforters / undersheets / pillows are provided for all accommodation at Vacances André Trigano campsites.
Vacances André Trigano campsites (excluding partner campsites, see conditions) provide bed linen for hire for your accommodation. The cost of the kit is 15 €/double bed and 10 €/single bed. This service Vacances Zen+ service service can be booked with your stay on the website or with the reservation center.

The Vacances André Trigano campsites provide a towel kit for €10/kit (1 large towel + 1 small towel). Subject to stock availability. This service Vacances Zen+ service service can be booked with your stay on the website or with the reservation center.

Baby kit Vacances Zen+ (bed, high chair, bathtub) are available for an additional €15/week at most of our Vacances André Trigano campsites (excluding partner campsites, see conditions). Subject to availability. It is preferable to reserve the kit when booking or to contact the campsite before your stay to reserve it. Kit components are not separable.

On the day of your arrival at the campsite, the accommodation will be made available to you from 4 p.m.
For late arrivals, please contact the campsite directly.
If you do not show up the day after the scheduled arrival date, without notifying the campsite representative, your reservation may be cancelled.
The campsite reserves the right to put the accommodation or pitch back on sale within 48 hours, without you being able to object.

Your accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise stated in the campsite description.

Yes, babies are included in the accommodation's capacity. The maximum number of people indicated in the accommodation must not be exceeded. For safety and insurance reasons, the number of occupants must not be exceeded. It is important to register all participants, regardless of age.

Swimwear is compulsory, and must be classic and clean, compatible with public decency and reserved exclusively for bathing.

Only lycra or neoprene swimsuits, briefs or boxer shorts for men, one-piece or two-piece swimsuits for women, classic or long-sleeved children's swimsuits, and children's lycra t-shirts that are not baggy are permitted.

Burkinis and monokinis are not permitted.

For insurance reasons, only the people listed on the booking form are authorized to stay in the accommodation.
For safety reasons, we remind you that the total capacity of the accommodation must not be exceeded.

Dogs and cats welcome Vacances Zen+ on Vacances André Trigano campsites (excluding partner campsites - see conditions). The price is €4/night/pet. Generally only 1 dog per rental. For 2 dogs, please contact the reservation center or the campsite.

Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited. Please present up-to-date vaccination certificate on arrival. Dogs must be kept on a leash inside the campsite and must not be left alone in the accommodation. Respect the hygiene and environment of the campsite.

Most rental accommodations have a safety deposit box. For campers on bare pitches, you can rent a safety deposit box from the campsite reception. For further information, please contact the campsite directly (contact details on the relevant campsite page on the vacances-andretrigano.com website).

The taxe de séjour, for people over 18, is collected on behalf of the communes and may be increased by an additional département tax. The price varies according to the commune, which sets the amount, the persons liable (adults over 18) and the collection periods. Tourist tax must be paid on site at the campsite.

The eco-participation of €0.40/day/person over 2 years old is collected on all campsites (partner campsites - see conditions) to optimize management of water, waste, etc.

Any complaint relating to your stay must be sent by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt (AR) within 15 days of the end of your stay, to the following address:
