Car
From the Perthus border, E15/AP-7 freeway, Exit 3 Figueres-Rosas. Pass 8 traffic circles (route C260). Always follow direction Roses, Route C-260. DO NOT ENTER CASTELLÓ D'EMPURIES - DO NOT ENTER EMPURIABRAVA. Continue on Rosas and 300 m after km 40, take the La Rubina exit, turn in front of the Roos restaurant, and at the end of the road, you're there!

Natural site
The Parc Naturel des Aiguamolls de l'Empordà is one of Catalonia's most famous and emblematic wetlands, both for its biodiversity and for the variety and conservation of its landscape. The marshes are home to a number of nesting bird species. Also worth a visit: Montgri Nature Park, 35 km away. -

Cultural tour
The Ruins of Empúries are located in the municipality of Sant Martí d'Empúries, close to the fishing village of l'Escala. It is the only place on the coast where an indigenous town, a Greek town and a Roman town are concentrated in the same place.
