In the pretty village of Chorges, on the Roman road to the Alps, the 3* pedestrian campsite enjoys a panoramic view over the turquoise waters of Lac de Serre-Ponçon and its magnificent Saint-Michel and Chanteloube bays. At the gateway to the Ecrins National Park in the Hautes-Alpes, it's the ideal place to stop off for a camping break in a mobile home or on a camping pitch in spring, and spend a quiet, rejuvenating mountain holiday in summer, while enjoying the many sporting and cultural activities on offer nearby. Paragliding, hiking, water sports, climbing, canoeing, fishing, mountain biking or cultural discoveries in Embrun or at the Abbaye de Boscodon, etc. Come with your family and observe the multitude ofprotected bird species that come to shelter in the Marais de Chorges.
